While similar to traditional therapy and coaching with anxieties, my approach has an essential twist which is brand new!
Over the past 20 years of my own journey and working with clients, I have learned our perspectives on our thoughts, our feelings and their roles are skewed. We have been focusing on how the outside situations effect our internal thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This is indeed an affective and useful approach to CONTROLLING anxieties, however, that is all we will do with this approach... control them.
But what if we actual want to HEAL them?
If you want to heal a painful wound on your arm, you don't go outside of your arm and treat what cut you. So why do we continue to focus on the outside events and how they affect us?
To Heal we must bring in four integral missing:
1- Flip our point of references back inside to our power
2- Discover the true role of the mind and the feelings
3- Learn to utilize the knowledge of our body and the messages our the nervous system
4- Learn to interact in alignment to our own inner truth while creating new
neural pathways
